Odd to write a review for someone it turned out we didn’t use! Worked with Carlos to determine that a refinance was actually NOT in our best interest. I appreciated the time he took to listen to our goals with our home. He went over our financial information in detail and answered my questions. He was attentive, listened, and responded to emails and phone calls quickly. He brought up details about our current loan I was unaware of and really worked for our best interest. Carlos was the very first person that was able to interest me into listening to his spiel over the phone. His opening was very personable and it made me want to listen. He was very courteous and explained everything very well. I am not great with numbers and he was able to break it down for me so I could understand how and why I was getting a great deal. He has ultimately save me over $50,000 in the long run on my mortgage by getting me the best interest rat possible.
